CARMA HUB نظام لإدارة المتاجر (نقطة البيع، المخزون، المشتريات، العملاء، الموظفون والتقارير) للأنشطة التجارية، وتديره شركة Flexity Automation LLC («نحن»).

المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور محفوظة بشكل مشفَّر لا يمكن قراءته.
• بيانات النشاط التي يُدخلها متجرك: الأصناف والأسعار والمخزون والمبيعات والفواتير والمشتريات والموردون والعملاء والموظفون والخزينة والمصروفات.
• الصور التي ترفعها، مثل صور الأصناف والصورة الشخصية.
• الموقع الجغرافي، فقط إذا كان متجرك يستخدم زيارات المندوبين وسمحت بالوصول إلى الموقع على جهازك؛ ويُسجَّل عند تسجيل وصول الزيارة.
• رسائل الدعم التي ترسلها إلينا.
• معلومات الأمان: أوقات تسجيل الدخول وعنوان IP ونوع الجهاز، لحماية حسابك وعرض الأجهزة المسجّل عليها.

كيف نستخدمها

• لتقديم الخدمة: تسجيل المبيعات وضبط المخزون والحسابات وطباعة المستندات ومشاركتها وإرسال التنبيهات التي تطلبها.
• لحماية الحسابات: تسجيل الدخول والتحقق بخطوتين الاختياري والصلاحيات ومنع الاحتيال.
• لإرسال رسائل الخدمة مثل تأكيد الحساب والدعوات واستعادة كلمة المرور والتقارير التي تجدولها.
• للرد على طلبات الدعم.

لا نبيع معلوماتك، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا تحتوي التطبيقات على إعلانات أو أدوات تتبّع من أطراف أخرى.

عملاء متجرك

المعلومات التي يسجّلها المتجر عن عملائه (مثل الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف وسجل المشتريات) ملك لذلك المتجر، وهو من يقرر كيفية استخدامها، ونعالجها نحن فقط لتقديم الخدمة للمتجر. على العميل الذي يرغب في تعديل بياناته أو حذفها التواصل مع المتجر مباشرة.

مزوّدو الخدمة

نستعين بمزوّدين موثوقين لتشغيل الخدمة وفق التزاماتهم الخاصة بالأمان والخصوصية: Cloudflare (الاستضافة والتخزين)، وAmazon Web Services (إرسال البريد)، وStripe (مدفوعات الاشتراك على موقعنا). وإذا ربط المتجر صفحاته على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام، تُرسَل المنشورات التي ينشرها إلى Meta. وقد نفصح عن معلومات إذا طلب القانون ذلك.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بحسابك ما دام نشطًا. عند حذف حسابك تُزال بيانات الدخول الشخصية الخاصة بك، بينما تبقى سجلات المتجر التجارية (الفواتير والخزينة والمخزون والمشتريات وسجل العمليات) كسجلات محاسبية لذلك المتجر. كما نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية آمنة لاستعادة الخدمة عند حدوث عطل تقني، وتُحفظ بشكل خاص ولا تُستخدم إلا للاستعادة.

الأمان

تُرسَل كل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفَّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ كلمات المرور بشكل مشفَّر، ويُتحكَّم في الوصول داخل كل متجر بأدوار وصلاحيات يطبّقها الخادم، ويتوفر التحقق بخطوتين اختياريًا.

خياراتك وحقوقك

• عرض اسمك وبريدك وكلمة المرور وتعديلها من ملفك الشخصي.
• حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب في التطبيق أو الموقع؛ التفاصيل في صفحة /account-deletion.
• التواصل معنا لطلب نسخة من معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها.

الأطفال

CARMA HUB أداة عمل وغير مخصّص لمن هم دون 18 عامًا.

Who we are

CARMA HUB is a retail management system (point of sale, inventory, purchasing, customers, staff and reports) for businesses. It is operated by Flexity Automation LLC ("we").

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number and a securely hashed password.
• Business information your store enters: products, prices, stock, sales and invoices, purchases, suppliers, customers, employees, cash and expenses.
• Photos you upload, such as product photos and profile pictures.
• Location, only if your store uses field-rep visits and you allow location access on your device; it records the check-in point of a visit.
• Support messages you send us.
• Security information: sign-in times, IP address and device type, used to protect your account and show your active devices.

How we use it

• To provide the service: record sales, keep stock and accounts, print and share documents, and send the notifications you ask for.
• To keep accounts secure: sign-in, optional two-step login, permissions and fraud prevention.
• To send service emails such as account confirmation, invitations, password resets and reports you schedule.
• To answer your support requests.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and the apps contain no advertising or third-party tracking.

Your store's customers

Information a store records about its own customers (for example names, phone numbers and purchase history) belongs to that store. The store decides how it is used; we process it only to provide the service to the store. Customers who want their information changed or deleted should contact the store directly.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, under their own security and privacy commitments: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Amazon Web Services (email sending) and Stripe (subscription payments on our website). If a store connects its Facebook or Instagram pages, posts it publishes are sent to Meta. We may disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it is active. When you delete your account, your personal sign-in information is removed. The business records of a store (invoices, cash, stock, purchases and the activity log) are kept as that store's accounting records. We also keep secure backups so the service can be restored after a technical failure; they are stored privately and used only for recovery.

Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Access inside each store is controlled by roles and permissions enforced on our servers, and optional two-step login is available.

Your choices and rights

• View and update your name, email and password from your profile.
• Delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app or website; see /account-deletion for details.
• Contact us to ask for a copy of your personal information or to correct it.

Children

CARMA HUB is a business tool and is not intended for children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will show the new date above and, for important changes, notify you in the app.
