Why we built CARMA HUB
Many shops run on scattered paper and programs that don't talk to each other, so accuracy gets lost between branches, shifts and stock. We built CARMA HUB to bring it together in one system where every operation is recorded on the server and the numbers are derived from it — so the owner knows where every pound and every item is.

Permissions enforced by the server
Before any action runs, the server checks that person's permission and branch — hiding a button is never the only protection.
A backup every night
A full backup of the system's data is taken automatically every night.
An activity log for sensitive actions
Price overrides at the till, voided and edited invoices, sign-ins (when and from which device), and treasury, team and settings changes — all in the activity log.
No duplicate invoices
Every sale has a fixed identity; if the connection drops at the moment of confirmation and it is sent again, it is not recorded twice.
Protected sign-in
Passwords are never stored as text (only a one-way hash), sign-in pauses after repeated wrong attempts, and disabling an employee ends their sessions at once.
A nightly stock check
Every night the system checks that each product's stock quantity and value match its recorded movements, and any mismatch is flagged for our team.
